Project Background

Oakhill Avenue is a three-story residential dwelling located in Hampstead. This 65m² complete refurbishment includes a basement extension, internal structural alterations, façade refurbishment, and complete prime-level fit-out, including M&E, audio-visual, joinery installations and landscaping.

Cellecta YELOfon HD5 was specified on this project for its excellent acoustic properties specifically designed to reduce impact noise through the concrete floors with a floating screed. It is a lightweight, easy-to-install, non-crosslinked polyethene foam.

Neston Construction LTD was awarded the contract to refurbish this three-story residential dwelling located in Hampstead.
