Project Background

UrbanShore is a four-storey building consisting of a collection of 13 apartments, 7 one bedroom, 2 two bedroom and 4 studio flats. With bin and cycle stores, a formation of parking spaces and a sustainable drainage system, UrbanShore is one of BH1’s most distinguished and characterful collections of apartments. Combining traditional Georgian elegance with generously proportioned and effortlessly elegant interiors, UrbanShore is located just a short walk from the beach, parks, shops, bars and restaurants.

Cellecta’s YELOfon HD10+ was specified by ARC Architecture due to its unrivalled acoustic performance in isolating a floating screed from a structural concrete floor. This product is lightweight, making it easy to install. YELOfon HD10+ is also delivered in rolls to ensure it’s easy to handle.
