Stoneham Park Primary Academy, Eastleigh

Project Background
Stoneham Park is a primary academy that can place 315 children aged 4 to 11. Sponsored by the University of Winchester, the academy is set over two floors with 11 classrooms, group working rooms, library, multi-use games area and grassed play areas. All the while, it maintains stunning views of its historic deer park setting. Conceived as a lean, compact and energy efficient two-storey form, the building is modest in scale and future-proofed for expansion to the east.
Cellecta’s ScreedBoard 28 was specified by Hampshire County Council due to its unrivalled acoustic performance, typically 5dB better than legislative requirements. The interlocking edges on our ScreedBoard 28 makes it easy to install.
Morgan Sindall Construction was awarded this 600m² contract to construct this development within the Hampshire area.
