Project Background

CELLECTA were involved in design team meetings with the main contractor, architects and acousticians to ensure all design criterias were met (and exceeded), as well as providing the ability to factor in further savings to superstructure and floor finishes preparation. 

Originally, using underfloor heating within screeds on 1st floor, but drying times were delaying program. Switched to ScreedBoard 20, routed HEXATHERM XFLOOR 300 and 8mm FIBREfon fleece to give a dry fit solution which met loading requirements and acoustic performances.
