Project Background

Buchanan Court is an 80 bedroom care home that provides residential and nursing care, as well as specialist care for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. They are also able to cater for short term respite stays and offer compassionate end-of-life care. Just a 15 minute drive from Wembley, the care home has various facilities such as its own café, cinema, hair salon, and of course, a beautiful garden.

Cellecta’s ScreedBoard 28 was specified due to its unrivalled acoustic performance and its installation convenience due to interlocking edges. Its high density and unique resilient layer provides unrivalled acoustic performance, typically 5dB better than legislative requirements.

CastleOak Care Partnerships were awarded this 2,825m² contract to construct this development in on Sudbury Hill in Harrow.
