Project Background
Ballards Rise is home to a development of eight flats (seven 1 bed & one 2 bed) across two interlinked purpose-built blocks. The front block comprises six flats over three floors with two further flats to the rear block over two storeys. This development has regular transport links into central London.
Cellecta’s DECKfon 26T was specified by OB Architecture due to it being the ideal acoustic overlay treatment to improve the performance of the original structural timber decked floor. The tongue and groove on the floorboard make it quick and easy to install, saving time and money.
Excel Construction were supplied 587m² of Cellecta products for this development in South Croydon.
