Project Background

Kings Road is a combination of luxury residential apartments and commercial facilities situated in central Brentwood. With a combined size of 990m², these 15, one and two bed apartments have good transport links, with proximity to Brentwood’s Mainline Railway Station to London Liverpool Street. The arrangement of windows on the building partners with the adjacent buildings, creating a strong presence in the street scene.

Cellecta ScreedBoard 28 was specified by Arcady Architects Ltd in this project for all the apartments. ScreedBoard 28 is an award-winning composite acoustic overlay treatment; it’s high density and unique resilient layer provide unrivalled acoustic performance, typically 5dB better than legislative requirements.

Horizon Construction was awarded the contract to construct these modern apartments.
