ScreedBoard Interlocking high density floor boards

ScreedBoards are manufactured from recycled calcium sulphate and reinforced with cellulose fibres. Their very high density, high impact resistance, hard wearing surface and interlocking edges making them ideal for a multitude of flooring applications.

  • ScreedBoard 28 is a composite acoustic treatment designed to exceed the requirements of Part E and is the only single layer system from timber floors to carry a Robust detail.
  • ScreedBoard 20 is the ideal product for floors with an underfloor heating system due to its low thermal resistance and rapid heat transfer characteristics.

ScreedBoard 20 – Underfloor heating acoustic board

Product details

ScreedBoard 20 has the lowest thermal resistance when compared to the most commonly used floor finishes, allowing ground water heat pumps and heat recovery systems to work at
their most efficient. In addition ScreedBoard 20 floorboards accept ceramic tiles, feature easy to install interlocking edges, and don’t contract or expand when exposed to water.

  • Only 20mm thick
  • High acoustic performance
  • High thermal performance: 4 x lower thermal resistance than chipboard
  • Easy to cut and install, can be cut with a hand or skill saw
  • Interlocking edges – no need for screws
  • Ideal for bathrooms and kitchens – accepts ceramic tiles directly when primed
