Cellecta And The Environment
Cellecta operates a progressive environmental policy, recycling 95% of our polystyrene, polythene, paper and cardboard waste produced in our factory and offices.

All our products are manufactured without the use of either CFC or HCFC blowing agents and have a zero ODP. They are all made from materials that have been recycled or are recyclable (1).

YELOFOAM X extruded polystyrene boards are manufactured in accordance with EU directive 2037/2000, have a zero ODP and are fully recyclable.

YELOfon non-cross-linked polyethylene products have a zero ODP, GWP of <5 and are fully recyclable.

YELOfon cross-linked polyethylene has a zero ODP and GWP.

UNICLOSER XCC's insulation core is made from YELOFOAM X extruded polystyrene (see above) and a rigid DPC profile which is made from virgin and recycled PVC-U.

STIROFLOOR moulded expanded polystyrene panels have a zero ODP, GWP of <5 and are fully recyclable.

TETRiS insulation blocks are made from high compressive strength YELOFOAM X extruded polystyrene.

FIBREfon sheets are a made from 100% recycled materials and contain no adhesives or chemical additives. FIBREfon sheets carries the "Natural Plus" accreditation for being a product which meets the highest environmental standards. In addition they have a zero ODP and GWP.

FIBREfon Fleece (used in DECKfon Quattro, MDF12 and CHiP21) is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles and has a GWP of 0.

DECKfon sheets and strips are made from 100% recycled, open-cell, flexible polyurethane and have a zero ODP and GWP.

ScreedBoard sheets are made from 100% recycled calcium sulphate (gypsum) and cellulose fibres. There have a zero ODP & GWP.
